ProRecoveryValidated closed-file recovery
Closed doesn't always mean finished.
Closed repair orders can still hold legitimate revenue. We review them, validate what is genuinely owed, and manage the recovery all the way to payment. Findings that won't stand up are discarded, never submitted.
Share of recoveryOur fee is a share of what is actually recovered.

We won't send your payer a weak request with your name on it.
Not every finding becomes a recovery, and we would rather say that plainly than promise otherwise. Every potential item is checked against the file before anything is prepared or pursued, and each one lands in one of three places.
The item applies to the repair and the file backs it up. We build it into a supported request with the evidence behind it.
The item looks owed but the file is missing proof. Nothing goes out until the documentation is there.
Already paid, not applicable, or not defensible. It is discarded, never submitted.
What we look for in a closed file.
A closed repair order deserves a complete review, against the repair that was actually done and the payment that actually came in.
- Labor operations and rates
- Operations performed but never billed, and labor billed at the wrong rate.
- Parts and materials
- Parts, materials and consumables the repair used.
- OEM-required procedures
- Steps the OEM repair information calls for.
- ADAS and calibration
- Scans and calibrations the repair triggered.
- Documentation support
- The photos, reports and records that make a request defensible.
From closed file to reconciled payment.
We prepare the supporting documentation, submit, handle payer questions and track every item through to payment.
Review
The closed-file package and its payment history.
Validate
Each potential item, against the file, before anything else happens.
Prepare
The supporting documents and the supplement request.
Submit
Then answer the payer's questions and manage the follow-up.
Reconcile
The recovered amounts and the agreed revenue share.
See every dollar along the way.
You see what was submitted, what was approved, what has been paid and what is still in follow-up, file by file. No black box, and no surprises at reconciliation.
- Submitted value, approvals and payment status
- Recovered dollars, reconciled to the agreed share
- The documentation behind every submitted item

Recovery that reduces the need for recovery.
Patterns that keep appearing in closed files can become ProAudit rules and show you what to coach your estimators on, so the same items get caught on the front end next time.

Which files do you look at?
Closed repair orders. We agree which files and how far back on a first conversation about your shop.
How is ProRecovery priced?
Our fee is a share of what is actually recovered. The share is agreed up front and reconciled against each payment.
Do you deal with the payer?
Yes. We prepare the supported request, submit it, answer the payer's questions and follow it through to payment, and you can see its status the whole way.
Do I approve each submission?
You decide which closed files we can work, and you can tell us in writing to stop pursuing any file, at any time. Within those files we prepare, submit and follow up on the supported items, so your team isn't pulled back into closed work. We never agree to a settlement, release or waiver of what you're owed without your written approval, and we never seek payment for work that wasn't performed.
What do we sign?
A representation authorization, so we can speak with payors about your recovery files, and a limited power of attorney if we deposit payments for you. Both cover recovery files only, and you can revoke them in writing.
What happens to items that need documentation?
They wait. Nothing is submitted until the file supports it, and items that can't be supported are removed.
Do you guarantee recovery?
No. Carriers decide what they pay. Recovery depends on the individual file, its documentation and the payment outcome, and finding an item doesn't guarantee additional payment. What we won't do is send anything weak with your name on it.
What happens if we stop?
Either side can end ProRecovery with thirty days' written notice. We open no new files. Files we've already submitted on are pursued to a close unless you tell us to stop, and then we hand you their submissions and correspondence. Our share applies to what those submitted files recover.
Your closed files may still owe you.

- Book a 45-minute call. Tell us about your shop, your carriers and your closed files.
- We agree the scope and the revenue share, up front.
