CIECA sets the data standards the collision industry runs on, including the Business Message Suite (BMS) that moves estimates, assignments, and parts orders between shops, insurers, and software. Our membership is a commitment to interoperability: building ProEstimate to fit the way the industry already exchanges data, with nothing lost in translation.
How We Handle Your Data
We Don't Store Your Logins
When our team writes estimates in your CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex account, we work through your own signed-in session. Those usernames and passwords are never saved on our servers.
Your Estimates Don't Linger
When you upload an estimate to ProAudit, we read it, build your report, and clear the source file automatically. Files tied to a finished audit are removed as soon as the audit completes, and anything left unprocessed is purged within days.
We Never See Your Card
Every payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our systems.
Encrypted in Transit
Every connection to our site uses HTTPS, enforced across all of it, so your data is protected on its way to us.
Separated by Shop
Each account's data is kept separate from every other account, and access is limited to the people you authorize plus the small team that runs the service.
No Ad Tracking
Our website carries no third-party advertising, tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics.
