How we handle your data.
Your estimates, your logins and your customers' details deserve care. Here is exactly what we do with them.
- Access you control
- We work in your CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex one of two ways, your choice: in your own signed-in session, where we never see a password, or in a named account you create for the estimator and can revoke at any time. That password lives only in our password manager, behind multi-factor authentication.
- Source files are cleared
- An estimate PDF you upload to ProAudit is deleted as soon as its audit completes. One that can't be processed is held up to fourteen days for retries, then removed. Your line items and reports stay in your account.
- We never see your card
- Every payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our systems.
- Encrypted in transit
- Every connection to our site uses HTTPS, enforced across all of it, so your data is encrypted on its way to and from us.
- Separated by shop
- Each account's data is kept separate from every other account, and access is limited to the people you authorize plus the small team that runs the service.
- No ad tracking
- Our website carries no third-party advertising, tracking pixels or cross-site analytics.
